The purpose of the PTO is to aid the students of John Adams Middle School by providing the funds for extra programs and activities - educational and recreational - beyond the basic classroom activities that the Board of Education provides for, as well as to promote open communication between the administration, teachers and parents.
JAMS PTO organizes the following events and fundraisers throughout the year - Book Fair, Movie Night, Plant Sale, Student of the month breakfast, Clothing Drive, School Spiritwear Sale, Car Magnets, Computer Cover Sale, Ice Cream Social, 8th Grade Dance, Teacher Appreciation week, Restaurant Nights, Box Top Collections, class field trips, etc.
The PTO is a valuable asset and support to you as a John Adam's student’s parent. Our intention is to go beyond fundraising and provide a platform for ongoing parent collaboration and much more.
